All meals are included! Host Josie will be rolling out a delicious menu each day. to include nourishing breakfasts featuring homemade sourdough, farm fresh eggs, and fresh fruit. Lunches featuring vibrant salads, and refreshing ingredients. As well as dinners curated for comfort, made with love. Some snacks and sweet treats will be available, but you're welcome to bring outside snacks and such.
Sound Bath & Soak
Indulge in a soak on Saturday night while host, Josie, attunes our energy back into sync. Using the science of sound and vibration to provide a cleansing and clearing experience to the body and mind. Centering around the body's energetic meridians, sound healing has been shown to be an effective complementary treatment for pain, anxiety, stress, and more.
Group Sessions
Break old belief patterns, let go of negative energy, reinvent your mindset. Receive love and support as you journey through guided self-reflections, fostering inner growth and healing. Learn about how all healing is self-healing and grow your connection to your truest self-expression. This retreat experience is curated to bring you out your shells, inspire growth, and cultivate connections.

About the HSR
In looking for a space to expand Balance Beam Healing to weekend getaway offerings, I made contact with the owners of the Hot Springs Ranch, here in Eureka County. Only 30 minutes from the town of Eureka, this venue offers an endless span of sagebrush and mountain-scapes. Nestled into the brush, are carefully created soaking ponds and tubs, supplied by the geothermal hot spring that bubbles to the surface here. Allow the silence to settle in and see just how peaceful and serene it is.
